Assessment packages are tailored to your individual needs, however, certain assessment package rates are offered. If you are unsure of what package is right for you, please ask!
Dr. Satre also offers hourly rates if a full assessment package is not needed.
Some assessment packages may include:
Developmental/Autism Assessment for ages 1.5 through 5 years
(approximately 2 to 3 1-hour testing sessions tailored to your referral questions and needs)
Some examples of referral questions for this package may include autism, intellectual disability, developmental delay, attachment issues, and other issues of early childhood.
Neuropsychological or Psychodiagnostic Assessment for ages 6+
(approximately 2 to 3 2-hour testing sessions tailored to your referral questions and needs)
Some examples of referral questions for this package may include general diagnostic assessment, ADHD, Autism children or adults, personality disorders, emotional and behavioral functioning, traumatic brain injury, etc.) for age 6 years and up
Psychoeducational Assessment - all ages
(approximately 3 to 4 2-hour testing sessions tailored to referral questions and needs)
this package also includes a basic psychological or neuropsychological screener, in addition to academic testing. Some examples referral questions for this package may include specific learning difference, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, speech and language disorder or other educational and/or learning concerns.
Forensic Services
(Billed at the hourly rate)
Some examples of referral questions for forensic services may include bonding assessments, court-ordered assessments for children or conserved adults, workers compensation assessments, Independent Medical Evaluations, DBA Assessments.
*Dr. Satre does not currently provide fitness for duty assessments or custody evaluations.
Concierge Services
In some cases Dr. Satre may be available for concierge appointments (house calls) at an hourly concierge rate.
Other Services
Other services (for example, school observations) may not be included in the package rate, but can be added at the standard hourly rate if desired.
Superbill and Insurance Reimbursement
I am not currently on any insurance panels and do not bill insurance directly.
However, I am happy to provide a superbill at the end of the assessment so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
Please check with you insurance company in advance to see if your plan offers this benefit.
Payment
A deposit is required at the first date of service and will be charged directly to the credit or HSA card you have an file through your client portal unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Payment options are available so please inquire.
Discounts
Discounts are offered to families if siblings are being assessed, and for returning clients!
10% off of second child being assessed, or off of returning client re-assessment.
15% off of third and subsequent children being assessed.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have a right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your services will cost if you plan to pay out of pocket.
