Billing and Payment

Assessment packages are tailored to your individual needs, however, certain assessment package rates are offered. 

These package rates generally include one intake session, one feedback session, 2 to 3 approximately 2-hour test administration sessions, test scoring and interpretation, document review, and completion of a comprehensive report which usually ends up being between 20 and 30 pages long. 

Other services (for example, school observations) may not be included in the package rate, but can be added at the hourly rate if desired. 

A breakdown of some of the assessment packages offered is as follows.  If you are unsure of what package is right for you, please ask! 

Developmental/Autism Assessment for ages 1.5 through 5 years

(approximately 2 to 3  1-hour testing sessions) 

• Dr. Satre: $3,000.00 (up to 18 hours)
• Ms. DeBruhler: $2,000.00 (up to 18 hours)
• Psychometrist: $1,000.00 (up to 18 hours)

Neuropsychological/Psychodiagnostic Assessment (which includes general diagnostic assessment, ADHD, Autism children or adults, personality disorders, emotional and behavioral functioning, traumatic brain injury, etc.) for 6 years and up  

(approximately 2 to 3  2-hour testing sessions)

• Dr. Satre: $3,500.00 (up to 20 hours)
• Ms. DeBruhler: $2,500.00 (up to 20 hours)
• Psychometrist: $1,250.00 (up to 20 hours)

Psychoeducational Assessment (which also includes neuropsychological assessment)

(approximately 3 to 4  2-hour testing sessions)

• Dr. Satre: $3,950.00 (up to 23 hours)
• Ms. DeBruhler: $2,850.00 (up to 23 hours)
• Psychometrist: $1,500.00 (up to 23 hours)

The package rates is for in-office assessments only. For assessments done off-site by Dr. Satre, the concierge hourly rate will apply. 

Under the No Surprises Act, you have a right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your services will cost if you plan to pay out of pocket.
