Assessment packages are tailored to your individual needs, however, certain assessment package rates are offered. If you are unsure of what package is right for you, please ask!
Developmental/Autism Assessment for ages 1.5 through 5 years
(approximately 2 to 3 1-hour testing sessions)
Neuropsychological/Psychodiagnostic Assessment for ages 6+ (which includes general diagnostic assessment, ADHD, Autism children or adults, personality disorders, emotional and behavioral functioning, traumatic brain injury, etc.) for 6 years and up
(approximately 2 to 3 2-hour testing sessions)
Psychoeducational Assessment - all ages (which also includes neuropsychological assessment)
(approximately 3 to 4 2-hour testing sessions)
These assessment packages generally include one intake session, one feedback session, 2 to 3 approximately 2-hour test administration sessions, test scoring and interpretation, document review, and completion of a comprehensive report which usually ends up being between 20 and 30 pages long.
Other services (for example, school observations) may not be included in the package rate, but can be added at the hourly rate if desired.
Additionally, in some cases Dr. Satre may be available for concierge appointments (house calls) at an hourly concierge rate.
Dr. Satre also employs a Psychometrist in the summers, as well as a student in training. All work is closely supervised by Dr. Satre when working with other team members.
Special or discounted rates may be available if you'd like to work with a team member.

Superbill and Insurance Reimbursement
I am not currently on any insurance panels and do not bill insurance directly.
I am happy to provide a superbill at the end of the assessment so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
Please check with you insurance company in advance to see if your plan offers this benefit.
Payment
A deposit is required at the first date of service and will be charged directly to the credit or HSA card you have an file through your client portal unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have a right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your services will cost if you plan to pay out of pocket.
