Billing

Payment is required at the time of service, and will be charged directly to the credit card or FSA you have an file through your client portal unless other arrangements are made in advance. 

Billable Services

A complete neuropsychological assessment is a time commitment that involves many hours of work. Some billable services may include (but are not limited to): 

• Intake Appointment 
• School Observation (if requested by the client)
• Document Review
• Collateral Contacts
• Attendance at IEP/504/SST Meetings
• Test Administration and Scoring
• Feedback Session(s)
• Interpretation and Report Writing
• Further Services as Needed for Forensic Work

Under the No Surprises Act, you have a right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your services will cost if you plan to pay out of pocket.
